Terms
- Email support@hairtilizer.com to request a return authorization number.
- An email must be received within 60 days of the purchase date on the receipt.
- Include your name, address, date of purchase, along with a copy of your original invoice. (This invoice will be emailed to you after your purchase)
- All bottles used or unused will need to be returned.
- For your safety charge backs will not be given since we do not store your credit card information. A check in the original custom er's name will be issued
- Refunds will include the entire purchase cost, less shipping and handling.
- Refunds are only guaranteed on the intial order, subsequent orders do not apply.
- Once a refund has been issued, all future purchases of products will not be guaranteed.
Terms (Automatic Shipments)**
- Free shipping is for customers residing in the United States Only.
- Products shipped more than 5 days before cancellation of account are not refundable.
- Any products received through automatic shipment, do not carry our companies, 60 day money back guarantee.
- There are no cancellation fees and products do not need to be returned for cancellation.
